In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, you may choose to receive ½ of your payment as a refund or you can credit the full fee toward a future booking. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

We may be unable to deliver your Sign the Celebration signs during severe, hazardous weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, we will try to reschedule delivery or provide a full refund.
6. REFUND POLICY
If you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before delivery then you can receive ½ of your payment as a refund or you can credit full fee towards a future booking. Refunds will not be given if 1) incorrect address or other order information is provided, 2) if homeowner or recipient of gifted sign requests greeting to be removed.
7. WHATS INCLUDED?
The price includes: complete phrase with graphics, delivery, set up and pick up of the sign. The local affiliate is the point of contact for all deliveries.
